Bone Roasters was founded in 2007 by Chef Conrad Brown. His mission was and is to produce pure and classical stock, stock reductions and sauces, and thus provide busy chefs with the ability to utilise consistent foundations without the labour, time, energy, space, equipment and inventory of bones necessary to produce their own.
